Today we're bringing you a little summer reading and sizzling hot new features at MyFitPod. You may have noticed a few changes when you opened the MyFitPod App. In this update, we've fixed a few bugs, made performance enhancements, and added new features on the MyFitPod APP! 

The fitness world has experienced a revolutionary shift in the past year. When asked how that’s changed the skill set needed to excel in this new environment, MyFitPod™ Co-Founder Rodney J. Morris, put it this way: “Today’s fitness professional must be competent and confident delivering fitness experiences using technology. Period.” 

In ancient times, and by that we mean one year ago, the backbone of almost every fitness business was defined by a box, with equipment and trainers in it, where people showed up and worked out to get results. Now that model is dead. It was killed by social distancing, but now that we’ve all had a taste of the new options, it isn’t likely that it’ll ever be resuscitated, even when we’re able to be close to each other again. 

From the newest of the newbies to the most masterful of the masters, the career path of the fitness professional can be divided into three stages, so that’s how we’ve organized the different service tiers at MyFitPod™. Those three levels are Launch, Grow, and Elevate.
